- Visa, MasterCard, American Express

Made payable to the University of Alberta. Please remit separate payment for each course.
- Invoice
If your company wishes to be invoiced, please include the following: A Letter of Authorization on company letterhead or a Purchase Order that includes the student’s name, course name(s) and date(s), fees, and the printed name and written signature of an official with signing authority (not the student).

Access to courses
- Anyone may register in any course without enrolling in a program
- Our courses can be taken ‘for credit,’ ‘general interest,’ or audited:
Option 1:
Take courses for credit
Enrol in one of over 30 programs and complete courses to fulfill the core and elective requirements.
Option 2:
Take a course for ‘general interest’
Participate in assignments and earn a grade that reflects your efforts and skill level; can later be applied to the program; grades earned have no bearing on the University of Alberta GPA.
Option 3:
Audit a course
No assignments or grades; same tuition fee as non-audit.

Studying at Extension
Gift certificates
Available for purchase in any denomination at the Faculty of Extension registration desk located on the main floor of Enterprise Square.
Gift certificates do not expire and are valid for all courses and programs offered by the Faculty of Extension.

Fall/Winter - September 1 to April 30
Monday to Thursday
- 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (MST)
Friday

Spring - May 1 to May 30
Monday to Friday
