Evaluation & Research Services

Evaluation & Research Services, formerly known as Learning Solutions, facilitates effective practice in health, education, government, and not-for-profit organizations through evaluation and research support.

Our ability to be flexible and adapt to new challenges and changing criteria is our strength, as evidenced by our diverse clientele. We recognize that client organizations bring a wealth of specific content expertise, and our collaborative engagement model leverages this expertise to generate exceptional outcomes for our clients.

Our Services

Evaluation & Research Services works with clients to conduct formative and summative program and project evaluations. In addition, we conduct our own program of research, collaborate on research projects with partners at the U of A and other institutions, and provide research support services.

We provide:

• Research and evaluation planning, design, and implementation
• Document analysis and literature reviews
• Online and paper-based survey design and online survey hosting
• Facilitation of interviews, focus groups, and usability testing
• Qualitative and quantitative data analysis
• Report and presentation creation and support
• Assistance with research ethics considerations and ethics applications
• Professional development workshops for evaluation and research practices, including study design and data analysis and interpretation.
