The Human Resources Management Certificate is invaluable for anyone working in human resources, as well as for individuals working or aspiring to fill a supervisory role. Courses within this program cover managing organizational change, business place ethics, interpersonal communication, maintaining healthy labour relations, organizational behavior, and interviewing techniques. Covering the current challenges and issues of today, these courses cultivate greater understanding and effective strategic thinking, while providing students with practical skills that can be applied to the day-to-day operation of the human resources role.
