This program will provide you with the necessary knowledge and skills that will enhance your managerial competencies as well as advanced theories and concepts that will strengthen your leadership potential. Meeting the emerging needs of Law Enforcement, the program provides a comprehensive management development education with a variety of streams to allow participants to focus on areas of interest or need.

Evenings, weekends, and blended learning opportunities are available to accommodate a variety of learners.

Courses within this program cover community-based policing, human resource management, financial management, strategic decision-making, ethics, and business communication. Additionally, some courses are eligible for exemption towards various professional designations:
